Can i exchange my verizon phone for a Storm ?
I have had the enV touch sinc the middle of summer. so about 4 months. I hate the battery life and the phone keeps turning itself off and then setting all of my wallpaper back to the original wallpaper. Its getting really annoying and im starting to hate the phone itself. I would like to back the phone and get either the Blackberry Storm or something different. I want to know if there is any possible way i would be able to take my phone back and exchange it even though its been 4 - 5 months.
